Maneries is not only a key concept in aesthetics research,but also a concept related to life forms.Through the etymology of the word“maneries”,Agamben believes that maneries is closely related to form of life.Through a detailed review of historical documents and reality,Agamben believes that maneries is not purely a way of writing,but a mode of existence,which closely links the expression of discourse with the form of life.In Agamben’s view,the mystery of politics is this form of life,which creates our maneries,and this is the root of the maneries ontology.
