摘要
常规遗传风险采用群体流行病率与亲属对之间的风险率比相乘的办法.本文引入遗传同一性系数刻画任意两个个体之间的亲缘关系,提出一个新颖的常染色体双等位基因控制的疾病的遗传风险预测计算公式,并将该公式应用到两种常见的亲属关系情形中.
Conventional computing genetic risks is to multiply the relative risk ratio by the disease prevalence.This paper introduces the genetic identity coefficient to describe the relationship between any two individuals and proposes a novel formula for computing the genetic risk of diseases determined by an autosomal locus with two alleles.Two common kinship situations are proposed to demonstrate the application of this formula.
