摘要
民族优秀论和文化帝国主义是西方中心主义确立的理论支撑,是美式民主话语体系和话语权建构的理论基础。话语霸权主义、极端利己主义是美式民主话语体系和话语权建构的手法和目的。美式民主以欺骗和谎言掩盖其民主的实质和虚伪性,在方法论上坚持“虚”和“实”的两面手法,对内务虚,掏空和模糊化国内的民主内涵与具体实践;对外向实,抹黑、诋毁和压制非西方国家传统与创新的民主内涵与制度安排,迫使它们建立美式民主,保障所谓的“民主、自由”。
National elitism and cultural imperialism are the theoretical support for the establishment of Western centralism and the theoretical basis for the construction of American democratic discourse system and discourse power.Discourse hegemonism and extreme egoism are the means and purposes of American democratic discourse system and discourse power construction.American democracy conceals its essence and hypocrisy by deception and lies,and adheres to the double-faced tactics of being“false”and“real”in its methodology.Being“false”in domestic matters means hollowing out and blurring the domestic democratic connotation and concrete practice.Being“real”in foreign affairs means discrediting,slandering and suppressing the democratic connotation and institutional arrangements of non-Western tradition and innovation,forcing them to establish American democracy and guarantee the so-call“democracy and freedom”.
