摘要
在制造业强国战略和加强生态文明建设的要求下,中国制造业正在探寻兼顾行业高质量发展和低碳生产的道路。通过选取2001年至今已公开发布的中国制造业数据进行分析,构建制造业低碳生产影响因素模型,并通过实证研究高质量劳动力投入,研发投入和能源消费结构对制造业低碳生产的影响。结果表明,高素质劳动力的投入与能源消费结构绿色转型可促进制造业碳生产率提升,研发投入对制造业碳生产率的影响暂不显著。中国制造业企业可以通过提升高素质劳动力投入比重、避免粗放劳动要素投入,以及促进能源消费结构优化来实现制造业低碳生产发展。
Under the strategy of strengthening the manufacturing industry and strengthening the construction of ecological civilization,China’s manufacturing industry is looking for a way to combine high-quality development with low-carbon production.This paper selects the data of China’s manufacturing industry from 2001,constructs the influencing factors model of low-carbon production in manufacturing industry,and empirically studies the impact of high-quality labor input,R&D input and energy consumption structure on low-carbon production in manufacturing industry.The empirical results show that the input of high-quality labor force and the green transformation of energy consumption structure can promote the improvement of carbon productivity in manufacturing industry.The effect of R&D investment on carbon productivity of manufacturing industry is not significant.Chinese manufacturing enterprises can achieve low-carbon production development of the manufacturing industry by increasing the proportion of high-quality labor input,avoiding extensive labor factor input and promoting the optimization of energy consumption structure.
