“十四五”中国天然气管网发展趋势分析

Analysis of the development trend of natural gas pipeline network in China during the 14th Five-Year Plan

中国天然气国家基干管网基本形成,实现了"西气东输、北气南下、海气登陆、就近外供"的供气格局,在经济发达的长三角、环渤海、珠三角形成初步互联互通的区域管网,省级管网公司强势的地区已经基本实现"县县通"。"十四五"期间,中国经济向好的基本面依然稳固,天然气消费保持5.8%的增速,绝对量超过1000×108m^3,由此要求天然气管道提供足够的输送能力。预计国家基干管网建设将集中在东部,重点在中部;区域天然气管网以互联互通为目标,省级天然气管网向尚未通达管道气的县级城镇发展,"镇镇通"成为天然气供应充足,相对发达地区的主要任务。

The national basic gas pipeline network of China has been basically formed,realizing the gas supply pattern of"west–east gas transmission,north gas southwards,sea gas landing,and nearby external supply",at the same time in the developed Yangtze River Delta,Bohai Rim,the Pearl River Delta has formed a preliminary interconnection of the regional pipe network,provincial pipe network companies have been strong in the region has basically achieved"county to county".During the 14th FiveYear Plan period,the fundamentals of China’s economy remained solid,with natural gas consumption growing at a rate of 5.8%,an absolute increase of more than 100 billion cubic meters.It is expected that the construction of national basic pipe network will be concentrated in the east,with emphasis on the middle;the regional natural gas pipeline network aims at connectivity.The provincial natural gas pipeline network will develop into county–level cities and towns that have no access to natural gas pipelines,and"connecting towns and towns"will become the main task for relatively developed areas with sufficient natural gas supply.
