2018年,中国石油、中国石化、中国海油三大石油公司抓住国际油价震荡上行和天然气需求旺盛的有利时机,深化改革,降本增效,走高质量发展之路,取得良好的生产经营业绩。经营状况有所好转,三大石油公司油气产量稳中有增,原油加工量保持增长;销售收入、净利润大幅增长,经营活动现金流状况良好;投资力度加大,向上游业务倾斜明显。国内三大油公司战略动向以高质量发展为工作主线,全面推进建设世界一流公司。加大勘探开发力度,全力以赴增储上产,保障国家能源安全。按照国家对国企改革的顶层设计和要求,三大石油公司继续深入推进体制机制改革,增强国企活力动力。同时,民营企业加速分化发展和重组整合,持续做大做强。

CNPC,SINOPEC and CNOOC seized the opportunity of rising oil price and strong demand for natural gas to deepen the reform,reduce cost and increase benefits,and insist on high-quality development,achieving good operating results in 2018.The oil and gas production increased steadily and maintained growth in crude oil processing volume.Revenue and net profit increased drastically,and cash flow of operating activities was in good condition.Investment increased rapidly and leaned upon up-stream sector.In order to ensure national energy security,the three companies strengthened efforts on explorations and developments.Meanwhile,the companies promoted the reforms on institutional mechanism to enhance their vitality and competitiveness.At the same time,reorganization and integration made private oil and gas enterprises develop rapidly.
