穴位贴敷配合苏子降气汤治疗骨折伴COPD患者的疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Application and Suzi Jiangqi Decoction in Treating Fractures with COPD

目的:穴位贴敷配合苏子降气汤治疗骨折伴COPD患者的疗效观察。方法:选取符合入选标准的住院患者60例,随机分为A组20例,给予苏子降气汤联合穴位贴敷以及常规西药治疗。B组20例,给予苏子降气汤配合常规西药治疗。C组20例,给予常规西药治疗。比较三组在治疗前后肺功能改善的情况、临床症状缓解的时间及人均住院费用等。结果:三组患者经过治疗均有不同程度的症状改善,但联合治疗组肺功能改善的情况及症状缓解的时间明显快于中药汤剂组及西医治疗组,且人均住院费用降低,与各组相比,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷配合苏子降气汤治疗能有效改善骨折伴COPD患者的症状,缩短患者住院时间,降低人均住院费用。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupoint application combined with Suzi Jiangqi Decoction in the treatment of patients with fractures and COPD.Methods:A total of 60 hospitalized patients who met the selection criteria were selected and randomly divided into 20 cases in group A.Suzi Jiangqi Decoction combined with acupoint application and conventional western medicine were given.Twenty patients in group B were given Suzi Jiangqi Decoction combined with conventional western medicine.Twenty patients in group C were treated with conventional western medicine.The improvement of lung function before and after treatment,the time to relief of clinical symptoms,and the average hospitalization expenses per capita were compared among the three groups.Results:The three groups of patients could all have different degrees of symptom improvement after treatment,but the improvement of lung function and the time of symptom relief in the combined treatment group were significantly faster than those in the traditional Chinese medicine decoction group and the western medicine treatment group.Compared with the group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with Suzijiangqi Decoction treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with fractures and COPD,shorten the patient’s hospital stay,and reduce the per capita hospitalization costs.
