舒利迭联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘的效果观察及有效率评价

Observation and evaluation of the effect of seretide combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma

目的:探析支气管哮喘采取舒利迭结合孟鲁司特钠治疗的临床效果。方法:收取2019年3月至2020年3月本科室接治的支气管哮喘患者,纳入病例共计66例,以双色球法分组,可分为对照组(n=33)和治疗组(n=33),对照组采取单一用药(舒利迭吸入剂),治疗组辅以联合用药(舒利迭吸入剂+孟鲁司特钠),对比两组效果。结果:治疗组有效率与对照组比显著升高P<0.05;治疗组肺功能较对照组明显改善P<0.05;治疗组LT、IL-8水平远低于对照组P<0.05。结论:支气管哮喘采取舒利迭结合孟鲁司特钠治疗效果理想,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of seretide combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Method:The patients with bronchial asthma who received treatment in the undergraduate room from March 2019 to March 2020 were enrolled,and a total of 66 cases were included.They were grouped by the two-color ball method and divided into control group(n=33)and treatment group(n=33),The control group took a single medication(seretide inhaler),and the treatment group was supplemented with a combination medication(seretide inhaler+montelukast sodium)to compare the effects of the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group P<0.05;the lung function of the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group P<0.05;the LT and IL-8 levels of the treatment group were much lower than the control group P<0.05.Conclusion:Seretide combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma is effective and worthy of promotion.
