舒适护理在肺癌护理中的临床运用

Clinical application of comfortable nursing in lung cancer nursing

目的:探讨分析舒适护理在肺癌护理中的临床运用效果。方法:从2019年1月-2020年4月于我院收治的肺癌患者病例中,选取100例作为研究对象,结合随机数字表法,分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),分别采取常规护理联合舒适护理、常规护理,对两组患者护理满意度和不良反应发生情况进行对比、观察。结果:观察组、对照组的护理满意度分别为98.00%、86.00%,观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,对比差异明显(P<0.05);观察组、对照组的不良反应发生率分别为8.00%、22.00%,观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:在肺癌护理过程中,舒适护理具有较高的应用价值,不仅可以将患者的护理满意度提升上来,而且还可以对患者不良反应发生情况进行控制,给予患者预后一定的保障,其临床推广和应用价值不容忽视。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical application effect of comfortable nursing in lung cancer nursing.Methods:From January 2019 to April 2020 in our hospital,100 cases of lung cancer patients were selected as the research object,combined with random number table method,they were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases),respectively,taking routine nursing combined with comfortable nursing and routine nursing.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 98.00%and 86.00%,respectively.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 8.00%and 22.00%,respectively.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing process of lung cancer,comfortable nursing has high application value,not only can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,but also can control the occurrence of adverse reactions of patients,and provide certain guarantee for the prognosis of patients.Its clinical promotion and application value can not be ignored.
