Objective:To explore the effect of intravenous ginkgo-damole on mild vascular cognitive impairment(MVCI).Methods:Eighty patients with vascular cognitive impairment in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into control group and combination therapy group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with donepezil, and the combination therapy group was treated with donepezil and intravenous ginkgo-damole.MOCA scores and total scores of the two groups were compared. Results:Compared with the treatment efficiency of the two groups, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P=0.044),and the MOCA scores and total scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concomitant use of intravenous ginkgo-damole with donepezil can improve the outcome of patients with MVCI.
