专项综合化护理在流行性急性角结膜炎护理中的应用效果研究

Application effect of special comprehensive nursing in the nursing of epidemic acute keratoconjunctivitis

目的:流行性急性角结膜炎患者通过专项综合化护理进行干预,对患者的应用效果进行研究分析。方法:我院在2017年6月到2019年12月,一共收治了200例流行性急性角结膜炎的患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组(n=100)和对照组(n=100),对照组患者通过常规护理进行干预,观察组患者通过专项综合化护理进行干预,对两组患者的护理满意度以及生活质量评分(社会功能、情感职能、身体健康、精神健康)进行比较。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度为95.0%(95/100),对照组患者的护理满意度为80.0%(80/100),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者的社会功能、情感职能、身体健康、精神健康评分分别为:(82.06±3.43)分,(83.46±3.19)分,(82.16±3.86)分,(81.47±3.54)分,对照组患者的社会功能、情感职能、身体健康、精神健康评分分别为:(75.46±2.67)分,(77.56±3.23)分,(74.86±3.36)分,(74.42±3.21)分,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:通过专项综合化护理对流行性急性角结膜炎患者进行护理干预,护理满意度较高,值得推广。

Objective:To study and analyze the application effect of patients with epidemic acute keratoconjunctivitis through special comprehensive nursing intervention.Methods:From June 2017 to December 2019,200 patients with epidemic acute keratoconjunctivitis were randomly divided into observation group(n=100)and control group(n=100).Patients in control group were intervened by routine nursing,while patients in observation group were intervened by special comprehensive nursing They were compared in terms of social function,emotional function,physical health and mental health.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.0%(95/100),and that of the control group was 80.0%(80/100),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the scores of social function,emotional function,physical health and mental health of the observation group were(82.06±3.43),(83.46±3.19),(82.16±3.86),(81.47±3.54),respectively,The scores of social function,emotional function,physical health and mental health in the control group were(75.46±2.67),(77.56±3.23),(74.86±3.36),(74.42±3.21),respectively,P<0.05.Conclusion:Through the special comprehensive nursing for patients with epidemic acute keratoconjunctivitis nursing intervention,nursing satisfaction is high,worthy of promotion.
