体表心电图检查对心肌梗死相关动脉的诊断价值研究

摘要 目的:探究采用体表心电图检查对心肌梗死相关动脉诊断的临床疗效。方法:将于2018年12月-2019年8月在本院接受体表心电图检查的66例心肌梗死患者作为观察对象。观察比较心肌梗死患者心电图变化情况的差异。结果:ST段抬高III/II超过1mm时,对诊断病变血管为RCA的敏感度为79.2%,特异度为84.5%;ST段上升III/II未超过1mm时,对诊断病变血管为LCX的敏感度为73.4%,特异度为88.1%;下壁心肌梗死合并IaVL导联ST段下降常发生RCA闭塞,对诊断病变血管为RCA的敏感度为92.1%,特异度为64.2%;而IaVL不变或上升多为LCX闭塞,敏感度为71.7%,特异度为96.8%。结论:通过比较发现,采用体表心电图检查进行诊断可以初步预测心肌梗死发生的动脉,临床诊断准确率高,该发现具有应用价值和实际意义,建议推广。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of body surface electrocardiogram(ECG)in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction related artery.Methods:A total of 66 patients with myocardial infarction who received ECG examination in our hospital from December 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the observation objects.Observe and compare the difference of ECG changes in patients with myocardial infarction.Results:When the elevation of ST segment III/II was more than 1 mm,the sensitivity and specificity of RCA were 79.2%and 84.5%,respectively;when the elevation of ST segment III/II was less than 1 mm,the sensitivity and specificity of LCX were 73.4%and 88.1%,respectively The sensitivity and specificity of RCA occlusion were 92.1%and 64.2%for diagnosing RCA in AVL lead,while LCX occlusion was the most common cause of unchanged or elevated iavl,with sensitivity of 71.7%and specificity of 96.8%.Conclusion:Through comparison,it is found that the diagnosis of myocardial infarction can be preliminarily predicted by using body surface electrocardiogram,and the clinical diagnosis accuracy is high.This discovery has application value and practical significance,and it is recommended to be popularized.
