麻黄加术汤加味对类风湿关节炎患者的治疗疗效与价值研究

The therapeutic effect and value of Mahuang Jiashu Decoction on rheumatoid arthritis patients

目的:探究在类风湿关节炎患者治疗过程中,使用麻黄加术汤加味联合治疗的临床效果。方法:将于2019年6月-2019年12月在本院接受治疗的198例类风湿关节炎患者作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法将其中只采用常规西药进行治疗的99例患者设为对照组,而采用麻黄加术汤加味进行联合治疗的99例患者为观察组。观察比较两组患者用药后治疗有效率的差异情况。结果:在接受治疗后两组患者晨僵时间、关节疼痛指数、关节肿胀指数和关节压痛指数均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组患者在治疗后的临床症状均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05),结果具有统计学意义。结论:与使用常规西药进行治疗相比,采用麻黄加术汤加味对类风湿关节炎患者的联合治疗结果显著,可以有效缓解患者的临床症状,促进患者病情恢复,具有应用价值和实际意义,建议推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment with Mahuang plus Shu Tang in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:A total of 198 rheumatoid arthritis patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2019 were treated as the observation object.According to the random digital table method,99 patients who only used conventional western medicine were set as control group,and 99 patients treated with Mahuang plus Decoction were treated in combination.The difference of the treatment efficiency between the two groups was observed.Results:The morning stiffness time,joint pain index,joint swelling index and joint tenderness index were significantly lower in the two groups than before treatment(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the results were of statistical significance.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional western medicine,the combination of Mahuang and Zhuzhu decoction has a significant effect on rheumatoid arthritis patients,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of patients’condition.It has practical significance and application value.It is suggested to promote it.
