摘要
针对专利保护下快递包装回收再制造模式选择问题进行研究.首先,分别构建了快递包装生产商"自收自造"、"他收自造"及"他收合造"三种模式,运用逆向归纳法进行求解,得到了三种模式下的最优决策、最优利润以及再制造成本节约是闭环供应链各方进行再制造的主要驱动力;其次,在联合回收模式下,基于消费者对回收价格敏感程度不同,讨论物流服务商和再制造商回收价格的高低,并将三种模型的回收量进行比较,给出快递包装生产商选择最优回收量的建议;再次,基于消费者对回收价格敏感程度和无偿回收量,得出快递包装生产商选择最优回收模式的范围;最后,通过模拟仿真,验证了结论的正确性.研究结果对快递包装生产企业具有实际指导意义.
This paper studies the selection of recycling and remanufacturing mode of express packaging under patent protection.Firstly,the three modes of"self-made","his self-made"and"his collection"are constructed respectively,and the optimal decision,optimal profit and remanufacturing cost saving in three modes are the main driving forces for the remanufacturing of all parties in the closed-loop supply chain.Second,in the joint recovery model,Based on the different sensitivity of consumers to the cost of recycling,this paper discusses the recovery price of logistics service providers and re-manufacturers,compares the recovery amount of three models,and gives the suggestions for manufacturers to choose the optimal recovery amount.Thirdly,based on the consumer’s sensitivity to the recovery price and the amount of free recovery,the scope of the manufacturer’s choice of optimal recovery Finally,the correctness of the conclusion is verified by simulation.The research results have practical guiding significance for express packaging production enterprises.
