摘要
针对我国农产品滞销问题频发的现象,在历年农产品实际生产数据的基础上,通过建立SC-RC矩阵,分析判别影响农产品滞销的主要因素,根据得到的因素利用模糊综合评价法对主要因素进行权重分析,并应用层次分析法对风险等级指标进行了量化,最后建立农产品滞销风险等级的评判模型.并以山东省农产品滞销为例对评判模型进行了验证,证明这种评判方法具有可行性和科学性,同时对减少农产品滞销风险提出相关的政策建议.
In view of the frequent occurrence of unsalable agricultural products in China,based on the actual production data of agricultural products over the years,the SC-RC matrix is established to analyze and discriminate the main factors affecting the slow sales of agricultural products,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used according to the obtained factors.The factors were weighted,and the analytic hierarchy process was used to quantify the risk level indicators.Finally,the evaluation model of the unsalable risk level of agricultural products was established.The article also verified the evaluation model with the slow sales of agricultural products in Shandong Province,which proved that the evaluation method is feasible and scientific,and proposes relevant policy recommendations to reduce the risk of slow sales of agricultural products.
