基于熵值法的河北省地级市城镇化质量评价研究

A Study on the Urbanization Quality Evaluation of Prefecture-level Cities in Hebei Province Based on Entropy Method

在界定城镇化质量内涵的基础上,从城镇化水平、基本公共服务、基础设施和资源环境四个方面构建了河北省城镇化质量的测评体系.运用熵值法客观确定各指标的权重,实证评价了2010-2015年河北省11个地级市的城镇化质量的发展水平及动态变化趋势.结果表明:河北省11个地级市中除了秦皇岛和承德的城镇化质量略有提升外,其他各市均表现出不同程度下降,聚类分析的结果表明,导致各市城镇化质量差异的原因有所不同;城镇化水平、基本公共服务和基础设施这三个维度对城镇化质量呈现出不同程度的推动作用,而资源环境这一维度则表现出显著的阻碍作用.

On the basis of defining the connotation of urbanization quality,the evaluation system of urbanization quality of Hebei Province was constructed from four aspects:urbanization level,basic public service,infrastructure and resource environment.The entropy method is used to objectively determine the weight of each index,and the development level and dynamic trend of urbanization quality in 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province from 2010 to 2015 are empirically evaluated.The results show that except for the urbanization quality of Qinhuangdao and Chengde in 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province,the other cities have shown different degrees of decline.The results of cluster analysis show that the reasons for the differences in urbanization quality of various cities are Different;the three dimensions of urbanization level,basic public service and infrastructure have different degrees of promotion to the quality of urbanization,while the dimension of resources and environment has shown significant hindrance.
