摘要
基于主成分分析理论,根据陕西省2008-2016年的统计资料,从时间和空间两个维度对陕西省水资源承载力进行综合评价.结果表明:2008-2016年陕西省水资源承载力整体呈现上升趋势并且存在显著的地区差异,关中地区水资源承载力相对高于陕南和陕北地区.社会经济发展、人口、水资源自然状况是影响陕西省水资源承载力的主要因素.为促进陕西省各地市社会经济的健康持续发展,应加强对水资源的管理,大力推进节水型社会建设,提高社会节水意识.
Based on the principal component analysis theory and the statistical data of shaanxi province from 2008 to 2016,this paper carries out a comprehensive evaluation of the water resources carrying capacity of shaanxi province from two dimensions of time and space.The results show that from 2008 to 2016,the water resources carrying capacity of shaanxi province as a whole presents an upward trend and there are significant regional differences.The water resources carrying capacity of the central Shaanxi plain region is relatively higher than that of southern and northern shaanxi.Meanwhile,social and economic development,population and natural condition of water resources are the main factors affecting the carrying capacity of water resources in shaanxi province.
