摘要
临床上部分患者需要进行肠内营养治疗,空肠营养管置入是实施肠内营养的关键。数字减影心血管造影术(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)引导下置入空肠营养管具有定位准确、安全性高、成功率高的特点,但需要一定的操作技巧,特别是对于存在上消化道瘘、解剖结构改变的患者。本文就DSA引导下空肠营养管置入操作前准备、操作技术以及患者管理等方面进行系统的阐述,以期为该类患者提供更好的医疗技术服务。
Some patients need enteral nutrition therapy in clinical practice,and the placement of jejunal nutrition tube is key to the implementation of enteral nutrition.Digital subtraction angiography(DSA)guided placement of jejunal nutrition tube has the characteristics of accurate positioning,high safety and high success rate.However,this technique requires certain operational skills,especially for patients with upper gastrointestinal fistula and anatomical structural changes.This article systematically elaborates on the preparation before operation,operation techniques,and patient management of jejunal nutrition tube placement under DSA guidance,with the aim of providing better medical and technical services for such patients.
