手术室精细化管理模式应用于器械管理中的价值探析

Analysis on the value of applying the fine management mode in operating room to instrument management

目的分析手术室器械管理(operating room instrument management,ORIM)中使用精细化管理的效果。方法将我院2021年10月—2022年4月行常规管理45台手术中所用器械纳入对照组,2022年6月—2022年12月行精细化管理45台手术中所用器械纳入观察组,对比两组管理效果。结果观察组ORIM质量评分、手术效率、医生满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理用于ORIM,能显著提升ORIM质量,缩短开台准备时间及接台衔接时间,提高手术室效率及医生满意度,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of fine management in operating room instrument management(ORIM).Methods The instruments used in the routine management of 45 surgeries in our hospital from October 2021 to April 2022 were included in the control group,and the instruments used in the refined management of 45 surgeries from June 2022 to December 2022 in the observation group.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The ORIM quality score,operation efficiency and doctor satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fine management to ORIM can significantly improve the quality of ORIM,shorten the preparation time and the connection time,improve the operating room efficiency and doctor satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion.
