肠镜TET管置入洗涤菌群移植术治疗儿童孤独症

Treatment of TET tube enteroscopy catheterization in children with autism spectrum disorder by washed microbiota transplantation

由麻醉师给孤独症儿童静脉麻醉后,无痛肠镜探查到达回盲部无特殊病变,遂通过内镜钳道将一次性使用内窥镜给药管[经内镜肠道植管术(transendoscopic enteral tubing,TET)管]送入肠道,退镜同时将TET管送入肠腔,直至回盲部,使TET管远端在回盲部保持相对固定并将肠镜远端缓慢退出肛门。第二次再行肠镜到达回盲部,并且经内镜钳道使用1~2枚钛夹将TET管远端线圈固定在回盲部肠壁皱褶处,缓慢退出肠镜后拔除导丝,敷料固定TET管,观察24 h无异常反应,次日进行洗涤菌群移植。

After the children with autism spectrum disorder were given intravenous anesthesia by the anesthesiologist,the painless colonoscopy was conducted to detect the ileocecal region and eliminate any special lesions.Then the disposable endoscopic drug delivery tube(TET tube)was sent into the intestine through the endoscopic forceps channel.When TET tube appeared on the display screen,the colonoscope was withdrawn,and the distal end of the TET tube was kept relatively fixed in the ileocecal region until the distal end of the colonoscope slowly exited the anus.The second round of colonoscopy was performed to reach the ileocecal region,and the distal coil of the TET tube was fixed at the intestinal wall fold of the ileocecal part with 1-2 titanium clamps.After the colonoscope was exited,the guide wire was removed,and the TET tube was fixed with dressing.When no abnormal reactions were observed for 24 hours,the washed microbiota transplantation was performed the next day.
