高校建设工程绿色建筑设计星级对标评价研究

Evaluation of Star Rating of Green Building Design in University Construction Project

文章以浙江树人大学杨汛桥校区二期建设工程绿色建筑的设计情况,对标《绿色建筑评价标准》条文进行分值计算和评价,并结合省内其他高校绿色建筑建设情况,分析存在的问题,提出对策.为今后校园基本建设提供借鉴之用,推进绿色建筑的实施,引导和转变高校基本建设的低碳发展模式.

Based on the green building design of the second-phase construction project in the Yangxunqiao Campus of Zhejiang Shuren University,this paper performs score calculation and evaluation according to the provisions of the Green Building Evaluation Standard.Combined with the construction of green buildings in other universities in the province,the existing problems are analyzed and countermeasures are proposed.It can provide reference for future campus capital construction,promote the implementation of green building,guide and transform the low-carbon development model of University capital construction.
