摘要
在交通建设过程中,交通储备器材贝雷架由于可拼性强、施工速度快常被用于搭设临时栈桥,器材的使用安全性及测试方法成为亟须关注的问题.因此,在施工方案及工艺的拟定中要对钢管贝雷支架进行受力验算.文章结合最新版本Midas Civil 2019桥梁分析软件对钢管贝雷支架在栈桥施工运营中的应力、变形以及承载能力进行计算,为后期的现场检测提供数据参考.
In the process of transportation construction,the commonly used traffic reserve equipment Bailey frame is more and more widely used in the construction of temporary trestle due to its strong assemblability and fast construction speed.However,the safety and test method of the equipment have become an urgent issue.Therefore,in the preparation of the construction plan and process,it is necessary to check the stress of steel pipe Bailey bracket.This paper uses the latest Midas Civil 2019bridge analysis software to calculate the stress,deformation and bearing capacity of steel pipe Bailey bracket in trestle construction and operation,so as to provide data reference for later field detection.
