商会参与高校毕业生就业服务探析——以浙江商会为例

Analysis of Chamber of Commerce Participating in Employment Service of University Graduates:Taking Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce as an Example

进入新世纪以来,我国高校毕业生就业难的问题持续凸显,在全面深化改革和社会治理时代,需要另辟蹊径发挥商会等非营利性社会组织的协同作用.商会参与高校毕业生就业服务是经济体制、政治体制、教育体制和社会治理体制转型的必然趋势,具有建言献策、联系供求、文化激励和自我发展等方面的价值优势,但面临着法律定位不清、校会合作意识不强、自身建设不足等困境,须在立法赋能、政会校企协同、商会自身内涵建设等方面进行探索.

Since the beginning of the new century,the problem of employment difficulties for university graduates in China has continued to be prominent.In the era of comprehensive deepening reform and social governance,it is necessary to take a different approach to play the synergy of non-profit social organizations such as chambers of commerce.The participation of the chambers of commerce in employment service of university graduates is an inevitable trend in the transformation of the economic,political,education and social governance systems,with the value advantages of advice,supply and demand,cultural incentives and self-development.However,it is also faced with the dilemma of unclear legal positioning,weak sense of cooperation in school associations,and insufficient self-construction.Therefore,it is necessary to explore in terms of legislative empowerment,coordination between the university and enterprises,and the connotation construction of the chamber of commerce.
