响应面优化超声-微波辅助提取葵花籽壳绿原酸工艺 被引量:1

Response Surface Optimization of Ultrasonic-microwave Assisted Extraction of Chlorogenic Acid from Sunflower Seed Shell

摘要 以生葵花籽壳为材料,利用超声-微波联用技术提取绿原酸,研究其最优工艺.在单因素实验基础上,根据中心组合实验设计原理,利用3因素3水平的响应面法,以吸光度为响应值进行回归分析.结果表明超声-微波辅助提取绿原酸的最优工艺为:微波功率220 W、超声时间17.3 min、乙醇浓度78%,测得葵花籽壳中绿原酸得率为3.34%,与预测值为3.39%相对误差为1.47%.实测值与预测值基本相符. In this experiment,chlorogenic acid is extracted from raw sunflower seed shell by ultrasonic and microwave techniques,and the optimum process is studied.On the basis of single factor experiment and according to the design principle of central combination(Box-Benhken)experiment,the response surface method of three factors and three levels is used to carry out regression analysis with absorbance as the response value.The results show that the optimum extraction process of chlorogenic acid by ultrasonic and microwave is as follows:microwave power 220W,ultrasonic time 17.3 min,ethanol concentration 78%.The measured yield of chlorogenic acid is 3.34%,which is in good agreement with the predicted value of 3.39%.
