山东农村居民癌症健康素养现状及其影响因素

The status and influencing factors of cancer health literacy among rural residents in Shandong

目的了解山东农村居民癌症健康素养现状并探讨其影响因素,为提高农村居民癌症健康素养水平提供针对性建议。方法对2021-06-26-2021-08-29480名山东省农村居民的癌症健康素养进行问卷调查。采用t检验或单因素方差分析、多因素线性回归分析一般人口学特征对癌症健康素养的影响。结果山东农村居民癌症健康素养得分为(70.44±12.89)分,处于中等水平;教育程度(Beta=0.256,P<0.001)、职业(Beta=0.072,P<0.050)、家庭人口数(Beta=0.194,P<0.001)、人均月收入(Beta=0.255,P<0.001)对癌症健康素养标准得分产生显著的正向影响,年龄(Beta=-0.169,P<0.001)、婚姻状况(Beta=-0.106,P<0.001)、本人是否患癌(Beta=-0.387,P<0.001)及亲属是否患癌(Beta=-0.088,P<0.001)对癌症健康素养标准得分产生负向影响。结论山东农村居民癌症健康素养处于中等水平,受年龄、教育程度、职业等多种因素影响,应有针对性地实施干预策略,逐步提升农村居民癌症健康素养水平。

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of cancer health literacy among rural residents in Shandong,so as to provide pertinent suggestions for improving cancer health literacy among rural residents in Shandong.Methods The cancer health literacy of 480 rural residents in Shandong province was collected by questionnaire survey from June 26 to August 292021.T-test or one-way anova,multiple factor linear regression were used to analyze the impact of general demographic characteristic on cancer health literacy.Results The score of cancer health literacy among rural residents in Shandong was 70.44±12.89,which was in the medium level.Education level(Beta=0.256,P<0.001),occupation(Beta=0.072,P<0.050),family size(Beta=0.194,P<0.001),per capita monthly income(Beta=0.255,P<0.001)were positively correlated cancer health literacy;age(Beta=-0.169,P<0.001),marital status(Beta=-0.106,P<0.001),whether you(Beta=-0.387,P<0.001)and your relatives(Beta=-0.088,P<0.001)have cancer were negatively correlated with cancer health literacy.Conclusions The cancer health literacy of rural residents in Shandong province is in the middle level,which is influenced by many factors such as age,education level,occupation and so on.Therefore,individualized interventions should be provided and cancer health literacy education for rural residents should be further strengthened.
