数据挖掘技术在中医药及少数民族医药领域的研究进展

Research progress of data mining technology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine and minority medicine

分析数据挖掘技术的内涵及其在中医药及少数民族医药领域的研究进展,通过对文献数据分析整理,为中国传统医药领域的数据挖掘提供思路与依据。利用中国知网和PubMed中英文数据库,以“中医药”“民族医药”和“数据挖掘”等为关键词,检索2016-01-01-2021-12-31相关文献。纳入标准:(1)基于数据挖掘的中医药辨证论治;(2)数据挖掘在少数民族医药中的应用。剔除年份较远、文章质量较差的文献及综述。最终纳入33篇文献。结果显示,在中医药方面,数据挖掘技术对中医证候证素、中医治则治法、中医方药配伍和中成药的应用等方面,均发挥了促进作用。在少数民族医药方面,数据挖掘技术同样促进了蒙族医学、藏族医学、彝族医学和其他民族医学的发展。数据挖掘技术有助于探索中医及少数民族医学中方-药-证各信息单元之间隐含的关系,为提取核心药与新的组方提供了方法学与技术方面的支持。数据挖掘技术将传统医学与现代信息技术结合,探索用药规律,揭示方证关系,发掘潜在新方,逐渐形成客观规范、创新便捷的诊疗流程,使传统医学发展具有更广阔空间。

To analyze the connotation of data mining technology and its research progress in the field of traditional Chinese medicine and minority medicine,and provide ideas and basis for data mining in the field of traditional Chinese medicine through the analysis and collation of literature data.Using CNKI and PubMed of Chinese and English databases,and taking"traditional Chinese medicine","minority medicine"and"data mining"as keywords,the relevant literatures on January 1,2016 and December 31,2021 were retrieved.Inclusion criteria:(1)Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment based on data mining;(2)The application of data mining in minority medicine.The literatures and reviews that were older and of poor quality are excluded.Finally,33 articles were included.The results showed that in the aspect of traditional Chinese medicine,data mining technology had played a promoting role in the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome elements,traditional Chinese medicine treatment principles and methods,traditional Chinese medicine prescription and medicine compatibility and the application of Chinese patent medicine.In terms of minority medicine,data mining technology had also promoted the development of Mongolian medicine,Tibetan medicine,Yi medicine and other ethnic medicine.Data mining technology helps to explore the implicit relationship between Chinese medicine syndrome information units in traditional Chinese medicine and minority medicine,and provides methodological and technical support for extracting core drugs and new prescriptions.Data mining technology combines traditional medicine with modern information technology,explores the law of drug use,reveals the relationship between prescriptions and syndromes,and explores potential new prescriptions.It gradually forms an objective,standardized,innovative and convenient diagnosis and treatment process,so that the development of traditional medicine has a broader space.
