临沂市男性干部职工吸烟行为干预效果调查分析

Analysis of intervention effect on smoking behavior of male cadres in Linyi City

目的分析评价临沂市机关单位男性干部职工吸烟行为的干预效果。方法2017-07-01-2020-07-10采用多阶段随机抽样法,从全市40个机关单位中随机抽取312名男性干部职工作为调查对象,对其进行3年的控烟干预,通过比较、趋势χ^(2)检验等方法对干预前后的控烟效果进行评价。结果2017、2018、2019、2020年男性干部职工吸烟率分别为42.95%、42.31%、37.50%、34.94%,呈逐年下降趋势,经趋势性χ^(2)检验,差异有统计学意义,χ^(2)=5.431,P<0.05;调查对象烟草相关知识掌握率分别为41.35%、69.23%、83.65%、95.19%,呈逐年上升趋势,经趋势性χ^(2)检验,差异有统计学意义,χ^(2)=241.287,P<0.05。干预后反对公共场所吸烟、同意控烟立法的人逐年增多,对家人、朋友吸烟能容忍的人逐渐变少,吸烟者中打算戒烟的人越来越多,经趋势性χ^(2)检验,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.05。结论临沂市312名机关单位男性干部职工吸烟状况经过持续性控烟干预后变化效果明显,干部职工控烟知识掌握率提升显著,控烟态度在逐步向积极的方面转变。

Objective To evaluate the effect of intervention on smoking behavior of male cadres in Linyi City.Methods From 1 July 2017 to 10 July 2020,we used a multi-stage random sampling method to randomly select 312 male cadres from 40 government agencies across the city as the research subjects for a three-year tobacco control intervention.During the intervention period,we evaluated the effect of tobacco control before and after the intervention by means of comparison and trend chi-square test.Results According to the survey,the smoking rates of male cadres were 42.95%,42.31%,37.50%,and 34.94%in 2017,2018,2019,and 2020,respectively.The smoking rate showed a decreasing trend year by year,which was statistically significant by the trend chi-square test(χ^(2)=5.431,P<0.05).The tobacco-related knowledge rates of the survey respondents were 41.35%,69.23%,83.65%and 95.19%,respectively,showing an upward trend year by year,and the trend chi-square test showed statistical significance(χ^(2)=241.287,P<0.05).After the intervention,the number of people who opposed smoking in public places and agreed to tobacco control legislation increased year by year,and the number of people who tolerated smoking in family members and friends was gradually decreasing.There were more and more people who intended to quit smoking among the smokers,and the trend chi-square test was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions After continuous tobacco control intervention,the smoking status of 312 male cadres in Linyi City has changed significantly.The rate of mastery of tobacco control knowledge among cadres has increased significantly,and their attitudes were also improved in terms of tobacco control.
