“理筋整骨棒”的设计与应用

摘要 目的研制一种可以用于协助中医推拿手法进行理筋整骨及足底按摩,同时患者能够主动参与康复锻炼的器具。方法“理筋整骨棒”采用医用级硅胶材料制成,整体为中间细两侧粗的长圆柱体,两侧按摩头固定不动,细杆可拆卸为两根短棒,也可组装成一根敲击棒使用,拆卸后可装入滚动按摩套件,各组成部分有不同功能。可以自己操作,也可以给他人操作进行全身治疗。结果“理筋整骨棒”避免了传统按摩康复锻炼器材体积大、不便携带、功能少、用途局限、材料具有安全隐患等问题。而且可实现随时随地进行治疗及康复锻炼,有效提高人们主动锻炼意识,提高身体素质、减少医务人员的工作量。结论“理筋整骨棒”外观简洁美观、方便携带、工艺简单、材质安全、成本低廉、功能全面、人体工程学设计合理,具有较高的实用性。 Objective To develop a device which can be used to assist traditional Chinese medicine massage and that can be used for regulating tendons and osteopathy and plantar massage,while patients can actively participate in rehabilitation exercises.Methods The"tendon osteopathy rod"was made of medical silicone material.The whole body was a long cylinder,thin in the middle while thick on both sides.The massage heads on both sides were fixed,the thin rod can be disassembled into two short rods or assembled into a tapping rod.After disassembly,it could be loaded into the rolling massage kit.Each component has different functions.It can be done by oneself or by others for systemic treatment.Results"Tendon osteopathy rod"can avoid lots of problems,including the large size of traditional exercise equipment and inconvenience to carry,less functions,limited use,potential safety hazards of materials and so on.Moreover,it can realize treatment and rehabilitation exercise anytime and anywhere,effectively improve people’s awareness of active exercise and physical fitness and reduce the workload of medical staff.Conclusion The"tendon osteopathy rod"has the advantages of simple appearance,convenient carrying,simple process,safe material,low cost,comprehensive function,excellent quality,reasonable ergonomic design and high practicability.
