社区老年人睡眠质量与口腔健康的相关性研究

Correlation of sleep quality and oral health in community elderly

目的调查社区老年人睡眠质量与口腔健康现状,并分析两者的相关性。方法于2019-03-01-2019-06-30通过便利抽样法抽取十堰市某社区213名老年人,使用自行设计的一般资料调查问卷、中文版口腔健康评估量表(OHAT)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷(PSQI)进行调查。结果213名社区老年人口腔健康状况得分为(5.77±2.57)分,61(28.6%)名存在睡眠障碍(PSQI>7分);Spearman相关分析显示,社区老年人睡眠质量与口腔健康呈正相关(r=0.309,P<0.01);多元线性回归分析显示,年龄(t=3.366,P=0.001)、性别(t=-7.314,P<0.001)、文化程度(t=-6.942,P<0.001)、是否吸烟(t=2.207,P=0.028)、睡眠质量(t=5.999,P<0.001)是社区老年人口腔健康的影响因素。结论社区老年人睡眠质量与口腔健康关系密切,老年人睡眠质量越差,口腔健康状况越差,可通过改善老年人睡眠质量,提高其口腔健康水平。

Objective To investigate the sleep quality and oral health status of the elderly in the community,and explore the correlation of them.Methods From March 1 st to June 30 th,2019,213 elderly people in a community of Shiyan City were selected by convenience sampling method.The self-designed general information questionnaire,Oral Health Assessment Scale(OHAT)in Chinese version and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index questionnaire(PSQI)were used to investigate their sleep quality and oral health status.Results The oral health status score of 213 community elders was(5.77±2.57)points,and 61(28.6%)people had sleep disorders(PSQI>7 points);Spearman correlation analysis showed that the sleep quality of community elders was positively correlated with oral health(r=0.309,P<0.01);multiple linear regression analysis showed that age(t=3.366,P=0.001),gender(t=-7.314,P<0.001),educational level(t=-6.942,P<0.001),smoking(t=2.207,P=0.028)and sleep quality(t=5.999,P<0.001)were the influencing factors of oral health of the elderly in the community.Conclusion The sleep quality of the elderly in the community is closely related to oral health.The worse the sleep quality of the elderly,the worse the oral health.By improving the sleep quality of the elderly,the oral health level can be improved.
