基于医养模式下养老院发展康复服务的必要性研究

近年来,我国人口老龄化快速爬坡,孕育了庞大的养老服务需求,加快了我国养老院行业的发展。目前,养老机构中老年人的健康令人担忧,部分医养结合的养老机构存在医保不到位,基础设施不能满足老年人的康复需求,康复专业技术人员数量不足等问题,大部分老年人仍选择家庭式养老,社会养老并没有大范围推广普及开来,老年护理从业人员社会地位较低,因此,养老院施行医疗康复服务势在必行。基于此,养老机构应贯彻落实政策方针,发挥医养结合的优势与长处,弥补康复治疗的短板,健全医保体系,规范养老机构和医疗机构的服务流程和标准;同时,科学设置康复人才的类别、数量,加强资格认证和行业管理,建立健全绩效鼓励体系,多渠道引进康复型人员,培养一支适应医养模式的专业性康复服务队伍;配备专业化康复基础设备,实施针对性的康复治疗方法,关注老年人内心精神健康,丰富康复服务内容;另外还可以通过形式丰富的通识教育转变社会养老理念,加强线上宣传,发挥社会各界力量参与医养机构建设。医养模式下的养老院有必要对各种类型的老年人提供相对应的优质服务,让他们老有所依,老有所康,老有所养,促进我国养老行业健康发展,满足人们日益追求的高品质生活。

In recent years,the aging of China’s population climbs rapidly,which has bred a huge demand for elderly care services and accelerated the development of China’s nursing home industry.At present,the health of the elderly in elderly care institutions is worrying.Some elderly care institutions combined with medical care have some problems,such as inadequate medical insurance,infrastructure can not meet the rehabilitation needs of the elderly,and insufficient number of rehabilitation professionals and technicians.So most of the elderly still choose family pension.It has not been widely popularized with social pension,and the social status of elderly nursing practitioners is low.So it is imperative for nursing homes to implement medical rehabilitation services.Based on this,elderly care institutions should implement policies and guidelines,give full play to the advantages and advantages of the combination of medical care and elderly care,make up for the shortcomings of rehabilitation treatment,improve the medical insurance system,and standardize the service processes and standards of elderly care institutions and medical institutions.At the same time,scientifically set the category and quantity of rehabilitation talents,strengthen qualification certification and industry management,establish and improve the performance incentive system,introduce rehabilitation personnel through multiple channels,and cultivate a professional rehabilitation service team adapted to the medical care model.Equip professional rehabilitation infrastructure,implement targeted rehabilitation treatment methods,pay attention to the inner and mental health of the elderly,and enrich the content of rehabilitation services.In addition,we can also change the concept of social pension through rich forms of general education,strengthen online publicity,and give full play to the forces of all sectors of society to participate in the construction of medical and nursing institutions.Nursing homes under the mode of medical care are necessary to provide corresponding high-quality services for various types of elderly people,so that they can rely on,be healthy and have a sense of security for the elderly.Furthermore,this mode could promote the healthy development of China’s elderly care industry and meet people’s increasing pursuit of high-quality life.
