摘要
目的了解某医学院校大学生对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的认知现状及个人防护行为,并探讨其影响因素,为高校针对性地开展健康教育提供依据。方法通过问卷星对某医学院校在校大学生进行匿名问卷调查。采用t检验、多元线性回归对数据进行统计分析。结果认知方面,大学生对COVID-19的平均认知得分为(72.86±13.59)分,女生的平均认知得分高于男生,差异有统计学意义,t=15.335,P<0.05。个人防护行为方面,大学生对COVID-19的个人防护行为平均得分为(73.43±20.41)分,男生与女生个人防护行为的平均得分差异有统计学意义(t=5.119,P<0.05),男生在“保持良好的心理状态”条目得分高于女生,差异有统计学意义,t=4.909,P<0.05。中央、省市官方媒体是大学生获取防疫知识的主要途径(88.0%)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、专业、COVID-19认知得分是大学生个人防护行为的影响因素。结论该医学院校大学生对COVID-19认知整体上处于较高水平,女生的认知水平高于男生。但大学生对COVID-19的核心问题认知水平较低,高校应加强大学生对传染病、突发公共卫生事件等相关知识的掌握,增强对女大学生的心理干预。
Objective To understand the cognitive status and personal protective behavior of COVID-19 of a medical college student,and to explore its influencing factors and provide a basis for targeted health education in a medical colleges.Methods An anonymous questionnaire was conducted on a medical college students through the questionnaire star.Data were statistical analyzed using t test and multiple linear regression.Results The average COVID-19 cognitive score was 72.86±13.59,and the average cognitive scores were higher in girls than in boys(t=15.335,P<0.05).The average score of COVID-19 was 73.43±20.41,and the difference in mean scores was statistically significant(t=5.119,P<0.05)and boys scored higher in"keep up in a good mental state"entries than girls(t=4.909,P<0.05).Central and provincial official media were the main way for college students to obtain epidemic prevention knowledge(88.0%).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,professional and COVID-19 cognitive scores were factors influencing individual protective behavior in college students.Conclusions The medical students have a high level of COVID-19 cognition,and girls have a higher cognition level than boys.However,college students’cognitive level of the core problems of COVID-19 is relatively low,and colleges should strengthen students’learning of infectious diseases,public health emergencies and other related knowledge,and enhance the psychological intervention of female college students.
