2007和2017年我国东中西部地区社区卫生服务中心医疗服务和卫生人员绝对数量及增幅比较

Comparison of medical services and composition of health personnel of community health service centers in different regions of China between 2007 and 2017

目的了解我国东、中、西部地区社区卫生服务中心医疗服务情况及卫生人员构成情况,比较东、中、西部地区社区卫生服务中心医疗服务及卫生人员绝对数量在2007和2017年有无差异,以及2007-2017年变化趋势情况。方法运用2008-2018年《中国卫生健康统计年鉴》,收集2007-2017年我国东、中、西部地区社区卫生服务中心的医疗服务,包括诊疗人次数、入院人数、家庭卫生服务人次数,了解10年前后我国东、中、西部地区社区卫生服务中心的医疗服务的绝对数量有无差异及10年期间变化趋势;收集2007-2017年我国东、中、西部社区卫生服务中心的卫生技术人员,包括执业医师、执业助理医师、注册护士、药师、技师的数量,了解10年前后我国东、中、西部地区社区卫生服务中心卫生人员绝对数量有无差异及10年期间变化趋势。结果2007和2017年东、中、西部地区诊疗人次数、家庭服务人数差异有统计学意义(2007年东、中、西部地区诊疗人数比较,H=8.622,P=0.013;家庭卫生服务人数比较,H=10.903,P=0.004。2017年东、中、西部地区诊疗人数比较,H=12.411,P=0.002;家庭卫生服务人数比较,H=9.276,P=0.001)。入院人数差异无统计学意义(2007年东、中、西部地区入院人数比较,H=3.366,P=0.186;2017年东、中、西部地区入院人数比较,H=1.834,P=0.400)。2007和2017年东、中、西部地区卫生技术人员绝对数量差异有统计学意义(2007年东、中、西部地区执业医师数量比较,H=10.873,P=0.004;执业助理医师数量比较,H=13.973,P=0.001;注册护士数量比较,H=9.101,P=0.011;技师数量比较,H=9.640,P=0.008;药师数量比较,H=9.664,P=0.008。2017年东、中、西部地区执业医师数量比较,H=13.572,P=0.001;执业助理医师数量比较,H=7.592,P=0.022;注册护士数量比较,H=9.037,P=0.011;技师数量比较,H=10.545,P=0.005;药师数量比较,H=11.624,P=0.003)。东、中、西部地区在2007-2017年医疗服务和卫生技术人员均呈逐年增加趋势。结论2007和2017年社区卫生服务中心在医疗服务和卫生技术人员的绝对数量上东、中、西部地区差异有统计学意义,但各地区均呈逐年增长趋势。

Objective To investigate whether there were any differences in the medical services and composition of health personnel of community health service centers in the eastern,central and western regions between 2007 to 2017.Methods Using the 2008-2018 China Health Statistical Yearbook,collected the medical services of community health service centers in eastern,central and western China from 2007 to 2017,including the number of diagnosis and treatment people,the number of hospitalizations and the number of family health service people,and understand the number of community health service centers in eastern,central and western China before and after 10 years whether there was any difference in the absolute number of medical services in community health service centers and its change trend in 10 years.Collected the number of health technicians in community health service centers in eastern,central and western China from 2007to 2017,including licensed doctors,licensed assistant doctors,registered nurses,pharmacists and technicians,and understand whether there is any difference in the absolute number of health personnel in community health service centers in eastern,central and western China before and after 10years and the change trend during 10years.Results There were significant differences in the number of diagnosis and treatment people and the number of family services in the eastern,central and western regions between 2007and 2017.Among them,the number of diagnosis and treatment in 2007,H=8.622,P=0.013.Comparison of the number of family health services,H=10.903,P=0.004.Comparison of the number of patients in2017,H=12.411,P=0.002.Comparison of the number of family health services,H=9.276,P=0.001.There was no significant difference in the number of hospitalizations.Among them,compared with 2007,H=3.366,P=0.186.Compared with 2017,H=1.834,P=0.400.There was a statistically significant difference in the absolute number of health technicians in the eastern,central and western regions between 2007and 2017.Among them,the comparison of the number of licensed doctors in 2007,H=10.873,P=0.004.Comparison of the number of licensed assistant doctors,H=13.973,P=0.001.Comparison of the number of registered nurses,H=9.101,P=0.011.Comparison of the number of technicians,H=9.640,P=0.008.Comparison of the number of pharmacists,H=9.664,P=0.008.Comparison of the number of licensed doctors in 2017,H=13.572,P=0.001.Comparison of the number of licensed assistant doctors,H=7.592,P=0.022.Comparison of the number of registered nurses,H=9.037,P=0.011.Comparison of the number of technicians,H=10.545,P=0.005.Comparison of the number of pharmacists,H=11.624,P=0.003.From 2007to 2017,medical service and health technical personnel in the eastern,central and western regions showed an increasing trend year by year.Conclusion In 2007and 2017,there is a significant difference in the absolute number of medical services and health technicians in the community health service centers in the eastern,central and western regions,but each region showes an increasing trend year by year.
