潍坊市2007-2019年传染病实验室诊断比例变化趋势分析

Trend analysis of the proportion of infectious disease by laboratory diagnosis in Weifang City from 2007 to 2019

目的探讨潍坊市2007-2019年法定传染病实验室诊断比例变化趋势,为进一步提高法定传染病报告工作质量和制定卫生政策提供策略。方法采用描述性分析方法对全市2007-2019年法定传染病实验室诊断比例变化趋势基本情况进行统计学分析,趋势检验采用χ^(2)检验。结果2007-2019年潍坊市法定传染病实验室诊断比例总的来说具有一定波动性,差异无统计学意义,χ^(2)=0.406,P=0.524。动物源性及虫媒法定报告传染病(χ^(2)=8.875,P=0.003)、经血与性传播法定报告传染病(χ^(2)=10.580,P=0.001)实验室诊断比例趋势大致呈上升趋势;呼吸道法定报告传染病实验室诊断比例呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义,χ^(2)=8.191,P=0.004;肠道法定报告传染病实验室诊断比例变化趋势较平稳,差异无统计学意义,χ^(2)=0.489,P=0.485。结论大部分法定传染病病种实验室诊断比例升高,普及快速诊断技术,提高实验室诊断比例,有利于传染病的诊断治疗,有助于提高传染病报告工作质量。

Objective To analyze the changing trend of laboratory diagnosis ratio of notifiable infectious disease in Weifang from 2007 to 2019,and to provide strategies for further improving the quality of notifiable infectious diseases reporting and health policy formulating.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was used to analyze the changing trend of laboratory diagnosis ratio of notifiable infectious disease in Weifang from 2007 to 2019.Chi square test was used for trend test.Results From 2007 to 2018,the changing trend of laboratory diagnosis ratio of notifiable infectious disease show a certain volatility(χ^(2)=0.406,P=0.524).The proportion of animal-derived and insect-borne infectious diseases(χ^(2)=8.875,P=0.003)reported by laboratory diagnostics tended to rise,the proportion of menstrual blood and sexually transmitted statutory reports of infectious diseases(χ^(2)=10.580,P=0.001)reported by laboratory diagnostics tended to rise,the proportion of respiratory infectious diseases(χ^(2)=8.191,P=0.004)reported by laboratory diagnostics tended to decline.The proportion of intestinal infectious diseases(χ^(2)=0.489,P=0.485)by laboratory diagnosis is relatively stable.Conclusions The proportion of most infectious diseases reported by laboratory diagnostics tended to rise,popularizing rapid diagnostic techniques and increasing the proportion of laboratory diagnosis are conducive to the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.
