在校大学生反刍思维与述情障碍相关性调查分析

Correlation analysis of rumination thinking and alexithymia in college students

目的通过在线调查,了解在校大学生反刍思维和述情障碍的现状,分析两者相关性,并探讨有关影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷、反刍思维量表(RRS)、多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20),通过问卷星软件网上对410名在校大学生进行调查。结果在校大学生反刍思维总分为(47.67±12.14)分,述情障碍总分为(60.41±11.45)分;反刍思维与述情障碍呈正相关,r=0.403~0.635,P<0.01。单因素分析结果显示,不同人口学特征大学生反刍思维总分差异无统计学意义,均P>0.05;专业(t=2.66,P=0.01)、年级(t=7.06,P=0.10)对述情障碍总分有影响,文科学生评分高于理工科学生,大二学生评分最高,大四及以上学生评分最低,差异有统计学意义。多因素分析结果表明,只有述情障碍对学生反刍思维有影响,t=16.078,P<0.001。结论述情障碍对反刍思维具有较好的预测性,关注在校文科生和低年级学生述情障碍,普及积极反刍思维训练有助于增强大学生自我效能,进而促进心理健康。

Objective To understand the current situation of rumination and alexithymia among college students,explore the correlation and the influencing factors.Methods A survey of 410 undergraduates was investigated with general information questionnaire,ruminative rsponses sale(RRS)and 20-iem tronto aexithymia sale(TAS-20).Results The total score of rumination was 47.67±12.14,and the total score of alexithymia was 60.41±12.14.Furthermore,rumination was positively correlated with alexithymia(r=0.403-0.635,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in rumination thinking among college students with different demographic characteristics(P>0.05).However,there was a significant difference in alexithymia among the students of different majors(t=2.66,P=0.01)and grades(t=7.06,P=0.10),liberal arts students scored higher than science and engineering students,sophomores scored the highest,and seniors and above scored the lowest,the difference was statistically significant.The results of multivariate analysis showed that only alexithymia had an effect on students’rumination thinking,t=16.078,P<0.001.Conclusion Alexithymia has a good predictability for rumination thinking.We can promote college student’s mental health via focusing on alexithymia of liberal arts students and junior students,making active rumination training,enhancing self-efficacy.
