衡阳市居民就医行为及其影响因素分析

Health seeking behavior and its influencing factors among community residents in Hengyang

目的了解衡阳市社区居民就医行为及其影响因素,为促进居民有序就医及建立就医决策支持系统提供参考依据。方法2019-03-25-2019-08-25,采用多阶段抽样对衡阳市1017名社区居民进行问卷调查。问卷内容包括调查对象基本情况、就医选择情况及影响就医的因素。结果56.0%的居民选择三级医院就诊,83.6%的居民选择上午就诊,52.2%的居民选择普通门诊。单因素分析结果表明,不同年龄(χ2=7.248,P<0.001)、职业(χ2=2.922,P=0.002)、婚姻状况(χ2=2.970,P=0.031)、受教育程度(χ2=4.168,P=0.006)及收入水平(χ2=5.295,P=0.001)对社区居民就医行为有影响。多因素Logistic回归分析结果表明,婚姻状况及职业对居民是否选择社区医院有影响;婚姻状况、职业及年龄对居民是否选择二级医院有影响;婚姻状况、受教育程度及收入水平对居民是否选择三级医院有影响。结论衡阳市居民存在趋高就医的现象,应加强其就医行为的指导和培训,进一步改善居民的就医选择行为。

Objective To investigate the health seeking behavior and its influencing factors among community residents in Hengyang,provide reference for promoting orderly medical treatment and establishing decision support system for medical treatment.Methods From March 25,2019 Solstice to August 25,2019,aquestionnaire survey was conducted among1017 community residents in Hengyang City by multistage sampling.The content of the questionnaire included the basic information of the respondents,the choice of medical treatment and the influencing factors.Results 56.0%of the residents chose tertiary hospitals,83.6%chose morning clinics,and 52.2%chose general clinics.Univariate analysis showed that different age(χ2=7.248,P<0.001),occupation(χ2=2.922,P=0.002),marital status(χ2=2.970,P=0.031),education level(χ2=4.168,P=0.006)and income level(χ2=5.295,P=0.001)had influence on the medical behavior of community residents.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that marital status and occupation had a significant influence on whether residents chose community hospitals.Marital status,occupation and age have significant influence on whether residents choose secondary hospitals.Marital status education level and income level have significant influence on whether residents choose tertiary hospitals.Conclusion The phenomenon of hengyang city residents seeking medical treatment higher should be strengthened to hengyang city residents’medical treatment behavior guidance and training,further improve the residents’medical treatment choice behavior.
