徐州市≥50岁人群意外伤害及其影响因素分析

Analysis of accidental injury and its influencing factors among aged 50 and above in Xuzhou City

目的调查分析徐州市≥50岁人群意外伤害情况及影响因素,为提出针对性预防措施提供参考依据。方法选取2019-06-10-2019-09-20徐州市云龙区、鼓楼区及泉山区部分社区≥50岁的407人作为调查对象。采用自行设计的意外伤害自制问卷调查表,对其行现场调查,所得数据采用SPSS 19.0建立数据库并进行统计分析。结果共发放问卷407份,回收有效问卷406份,回收率99.8%。调查对象<1年有90人发生意外伤害,发生率为22.2%。其中跌落伤44人,发生率为10.84%,跌落伤在意外伤害中的发生率居首位。不同年龄、性别、是否独居、文化程度及月收入之间,意外伤害发生率差异无统计学意义,均P>0.05。患有慢性病者意外伤害发生率为25.5%,高于无慢性病者的7.9%,差异有统计学意义,χ2=11.040,P=0.001。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,慢性病史是调查人群意外伤害的主要危险因素,具有慢性病史者发生意外伤害的危险性增加,OR=3.639,95%CI为1.503~8.810,P=0.004。结论徐州市≥50岁人群意外伤害的发生与慢性病有关,应针对不同影响因素采取不同的干预措施。

Objective This study aimed to investigate and analyze the accidental injury situation and its influencing factors of people aged 50 and above in Xuzhou,so as to provide reference for proposing targeted preventive measures.Methods Totally 407 people aged 50 and above in Yunlong District,Gulou District and Quanshan District of Xuzhou City from June 10 th to September 20 th 2019 were selected as the survey objects.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the population aged 50 and above in Xuzhou City.The data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Results A total of 407 questionnaires were distributed,and 406 valid questionnaires were recovered,with the recovery rate of 99.8%.90 people were injured in one year,the incidence rate was 22.2%.Among them,44 people were injured by falling,the incidence rate was 10.84%,and the incidence of falling injury was the first.There was no significant difference in the incidence of accidental injury among different ages,genders,living alone,education level and monthly income,P>0.05.The incidence of accidental injury in patients with chronic diseases was higher than that in patients without chronic diseases,and the difference was statistically significant(25.5%vs 7.9%,χ2=11.040,P=0.001).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that chronic medical history was the main risk factor of accidental injury,and the risk of accidental injury was increased in patients with chronic history(OR=3.639,95%CI:1.503-8.810,P=0.004).Conclusion The occurrence of accidental injury in people aged 50 and above in Xuzhou is related to chronic diseases,and different intervention measures should be taken according to different influencing factors.
