社区居民对新型冠状病毒肺炎相关防护知识知晓情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the knowledge of novel coronavirus pneumonia in community residents

目的调查长春市社区居民对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)相关防护知识知晓情况,以利于对社区居民COVID-19的相关防护薄弱点及误区进行针对性的宣传教育和指导,为有效控制COVID-19在社区居民中的传播与扩散提供参考。方法通过网络问卷调查方式,采用自行设计的COVID-19相关知识知晓情况调查问卷,对长春市528名社区居民的COVID-19相关防护知识知晓情况进行横断面调查,并运用多元线性回归法分析社区居民COVID-19相关知识知晓情况的影响因素。结果社区居民COVID-19相关知识知晓率为64.35%,其中对传染源的定义和消毒剂的选择知晓率较低,分别为10.22%和10.23%;Logistic回归分析结果显示,18~30岁(OR=2.226,95%CI为1.086~4.561,P<0.029)、41~50岁(OR=2.768,95%CI为1.226~6.248,P=0.014)、性别(OR=2.924,95%CI为1.747~4.892,P<0.001)、学历(OR=2.251,95%CI为1.474~3.438,P<0.001)是社区居民COVID-19相关知识知晓情况的影响因素。结论长春市社区居民COVID-19相关防护知识知晓情况呈中等水平,年龄、学历和性别对社区居民COVID-19相关防护知识知晓情况有显著性影响。

Objective To investigate the knowledge of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)among the residents of Changchun community,in order to do education and guidance for the weaknesses and errors of the community residents about COVID-19,and provide reference for the early control of the spread and diffusion of COVID-19 in community residents.Methods By means of network questionnaire survey,information of the knowledge of COVID-19 scores of 528 residents in Changchun were collected,and the influencing factors of the knowledge of COVID-19 among the residents were analyzed by multiple liner regression method.Results The awareness rate of COVID-19 related knowledge of community residents was 64.35%,the awareness rate in sources of infection and disinfectant were 10.22%and 10.23%,respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that 18-30 years old(OR=2.226,95%CI:1.086-4.561,P<0.029),41-50 years old(OR=2.768,95%CI:1.226-6.248,P=0.014)and gender(OR=2.924,95%CI:1.747-4.892,P<0.001),educational background(OR=2.251,95%CI:1.474-3.438,P<0.001)were the influencing factors of the knowledge of COVID-19 among the residents(P<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge of COVID-19 among residents in Changchun is in the middle level.Age,Gender and educational background have a significant impact on the knowledge of COVID-19.
