抚触联合童趣化健康教育对癫痫患儿治疗依从性及生活质量影响 被引量:7

Effects of touching combined with childlike health education on treatment compliance and quality of life in epilepsy children

摘要 目的探究抚触联合童趣化健康教育对癫痫患儿治疗依从性的影响及对其生活质量的改善效果。方法选取驻马店市中心医院儿童康复科2016-06-01-2019-06-01就诊的84例癫痫患儿为研究对象,按照组间匹配的原则分成观察组和对照组,每组各42例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用抚触联合童趣化健康教育干预,比较干预6个月后两组患儿治疗依从性、生活质量和护理满意度,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)比较两组患儿干预前和干预后的焦虑及抑郁评分。结果干预后,观察组患儿治疗依从率为92.86%,高于对照组的76.19%,组间比较差异有统计学意义,χ^(2)=4.459,P=0.035;两组患儿发作担忧状况(t=6.690,P<0.001)、生活满意程度(t=5.524,P<0.001)、情绪状态(t=3.803,P<0.001)、精力状态(t=6.656,P<0.001)、认知功能(t=5.882,P<0.001)、药物影响(t=4.437,P<0.001)、社会能力(t=3.809,P<0.001)和生活质量(t=4.403,P<0.001)评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组。观察组患儿HAMD评分为(11.16±2.31)分,高于对照组的(16.47±3.87)分,差异有统计学意义,t=7.635,P<0.001;HAMA评分为(12.25±3.11)分,高于对照组的(15.26±3.52)分,差异有统计学意义,t=4.153,P<0.001。观察组家属对护理人的护理态度(t=2.114,P<0.001)、护理技术(t=4.064,P<0.001)、健康教育(t=3.411,P<0.001)和专业知识(t=3.525,P<0.001)的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论抚触联合童趣化健康教育能提高癫痫患儿治疗依从性及生活质量,减轻其焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高家属护理满意度。 Objective This study aimed to explore the effects of touching combined with childlike health education on treatment compliance and its improvement for quality of life in epilepsy children.Methods A total of 84 epilepsy children who were treated in Zhumadian Central Hospital between June 1,2016 to June 1,2019 were collected as research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the principles of between-group matching,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given touching combined with childlike health education for intervention on basis of control group.The treatment compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction after 6 months of intervention,scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,treatment compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(92.86%vs 76.19%)(χ^(2)=4.459,P=0.035).The two groups of children had onset anxiety(t=6.690,P<0.001),life satisfaction(t=5.524,P<0.001),emotional state(t=3.803,P<0.001),energy status(t=6.656,P<0.001),cognitive function(t=5.882,P<0.001),drug influence(t=4.437,P<0.001),social ability(t=3.809,P<0.001)and quality of life(t=4.403,P<0.001)scores were higher than before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The HAMD scores of children in the observation group were(11.16±2.31)points,higher than the control group’s(16.47±3.87)points,the difference was statistically significant,t=7.635,P<0.001.The HAMA score was(12.25±3.11)points,which was higher than the control group’s(15.26±3.52)points,the difference was statistically significant,t=4.153,P<0.001.Satisfaction with nursing attitude(t=2.114,P<0.001),nursing technique(t=4.064,P<0.001),health education(t=3.411,P<0.001)and professional knowledge(t=3.525,P<0.001)scores were all higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Touching combined with childlike health education can improve treatment compliance and quality of life in epilepsy children,alleviate their anxiety and depression,and improve family care satisfaction.
