乳腺癌组织CXCL13和CXCR5表达临床意义 被引量:2

Clinical expression significance of CXCL13 and CXCR5 in breast cancer tissues

摘要 目的乳腺癌在女性恶性肿瘤中所占比例逐年增加,已位居女性恶性肿瘤发病率首位,严重危害女性身心健康。本研究探讨CXCL13及CXCR5表达情况与乳腺癌患者临床病理特征及预后关系。方法收集2019-01-01-2019-11-30本院收治的经手术切除的女性乳腺癌患者石蜡组织标本及其对应的距离肿瘤组织边缘2cm的乳腺组织,并收集同期乳腺良性疾病患者石蜡组织标本。采取免疫组织化学法对乳腺癌组织、癌旁组织及同期乳腺良性疾病患者石蜡组织趋化因子CXCL13及其受体CXCR5进行检测,探讨CXCL13及CXCR5表达情况与临床病理特征及患者预后关系。结果乳腺癌组织CXCL13蛋白表达阳性率为81.67%,高于癌旁组织(16.67%)和乳腺良性疾病组织(0),χ2=68.980,P<0.05。CXCR5蛋白表达阳性率为53.33%,高于癌旁组织(13.33%)和乳腺良性疾病组织(0),χ2=32.853,P<0.05。TNM分期(χ2=4.739,P<0.05)、分化程度(χ2=9.078,P<0.05)和淋巴结转移情况(χ2=5.346,P<0.05)与乳腺癌组织CXCL13蛋白表达有关联。TNM分期(χ2=4.077,P<0.05)、分化程度(χ2=6.695,P<0.05)、淋巴结转移情况(χ2=7.837,P<0.05)与乳腺癌组织CXCR5蛋白表达有关联。乳腺癌组织中CXCL13和CXCR5蛋白表达呈正相关,r=0.334,P=0.009。结论CXCL13和CXCR5蛋白表达水平与乳腺癌发病及其侵袭转移相关,可能为乳腺癌患者不良预后因素之一。 Objective The proportion of breast cancer in female malignant tumors has been increasing year by year,and it has ranked first in the incidence of female malignant tumors,seriously endangering women’s physical and mental health.This study aimed to explore the relationship between the expression of CXCL13 and CXCR5 and the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of breast cancer patients.Methods From January 1,2019 to November 30,2019,paraffin tissue specimens of surgically removed female breast cancer patients and their corresponding breast tissues 2 cm from the edge of the tumor tissue were collected from our hospital,and tissue specimen of patients with benign breast diseases during the same period were collected.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the paraffin tissue chemokine CXCL13 and its receptor CXCR5 in breast cancer tissues,adjacent tissues and patients with benign breast diseases at the same time,and explore the relationship between CXCL13 and CXCR5 expression and clinicopathological characteristics and patient prognosis.Results The positive expression rate of CXCL13 protein in breast cancer tissue was 81.67%,which was higher than that of adjacent tissues(16.67%)and benign breast disease tissues(0),χ2=68.980,P<0.05.The positive expression rate of CXCR5 protein was 53.33%,which was higher than that of adjacent tissues(13.33%)and benign breast disease tissues(0),χ2=32.853,P<0.05.TNM staging(χ2=4.739,P<0.05),degree of differentiation(χ2=9.078,P<0.05)and lymph node metastasis(χ2=5.346,P<0.05)were related to the expression of CXCL13 protein in breast cancer tissues.TNM staging(χ2=4.077,P<0.05),degree of differentiation(χ2=6.695,P<0.05),lymph node metastasis(χ2=7.837,P<0.05)were related to the expression of CXCR5 protein in breast cancer tissues.In breast cancer tissues,the expression of CXCL13 and CXCR5 protein was positively correlated,r=0.334,P=0.009.Conclusion The expression levels of CXCL13 and CXCR5 proteins are related to the incidence,invasion and metastasis of breast cancer,and may be one of the poor prognostic factors for breast cancer patients.
