老年糖尿病患者自我管理行为社区护理干预研究进展

Current status of community nursing intervention research on self-management behaviors of elderly diabetic

随着我国人口预期寿命延长,老年糖尿病患者人数逐年上升,给卫生保健系统造成严重的经济负担,因此,提高老年糖尿病患者自我管理行为具有重要意义。本研究综述当前社区老年糖尿病患者自我管理行为的现状、社区护理干预常见措施,探索老年糖尿病患者自我管理行为社区护理干预现状与不足。以"老年糖尿病、自我管理行为、社区护理及干预"为关键词,检索2009-01-2019-12中国知网、万方数据库及中国生物医学文献服务等发表的文献,对纳入文献进行信息摘录和综合归纳。纳入标准:(1)我国老年糖尿病自我管理行为;(2)自我管理行为现状;(3)具体的社区护理干预措施。排除标准:综述类文章。根据纳入和排除标准分析文献31篇。结果显示,社区糖尿病患者自我管理仍处于中等或中低等水平;社区护理有多种干预措施,但社区护理干预科学性有待提高;应考虑多方面因素,设计合理实施方案并推广应用。提示,通过提高老年糖尿病患者自我管理行为,使其有一个稳定的生活状态,有利于营造良好的社区养老环境,满足老年人日益丰富的养老需求。

With the prolongation of life expectancy in China,the number of elderly patients with diabetes is increasing year by year.This is a huge economic burden on China’s health care system.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the self-management behavior of elderly patients with diabetes.This study summarized the current situation of selfmanagement behavior of elderly diabetes patients in the community and common measures of community nursing intervention.To explore the current situation of community nursing intervention on self-management behavior of elderly diabetic patients.With the keywords of"elderly diabetes,self-management behavior,community nursing,intervention",the articles published in CNKI,Wanfang database and China biomedical literature service from January to December,2019 were searched comprehensively.The information excerpted form those literatures was analyzed and summarized.Inclusion criteria:(1)Self management behavior of elderly diabetes mellitus in China.(2)Current situation of self-management behavior.(3)Specific community nursing interventions.According to the inclusion criteria,a total of 31 studies were analyzed.It was found that the self-management of diabetes patients in the community was still at the middle or low level.There were many kinds of intervention measures in community nursing.But the scientific intervention of community nursing experiment needs to be improved.We need to consider many factors,design a reasonable implementation plan and promote its application.By improving the self-management behavior of elderly diabetic patients,let the elderly diabetics have a stable life.It is conducive to building agood community environment for the aged.Finally,it can meet the growing needs of the elderly.
