新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情时期居家防护居民心理健康状况调查

Investigation on the mental health status of the residents in the period of COVID-19 epidemic

目的2019年底新型冠状病毒肺炎在我国迅速蔓延,积极做好个人防护可以有效抑制病毒在社区传播,本研究探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情时期居家防护居民心理健康状况,为居民心理健康工作提供有效参考。方法采用90项症状自评量表(self-reporting inventory,SCL-90)对2020年2月3-10日河南省居家防护的278例居民进行心理健康状况调查。结果新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情时期居家防护居民症状自评量表总均分为(1.50±0.29)分,高于全国常模的(1.44±0.43)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.026,P=0.003),属于轻度心理健康损害。其中躯体化(t=2.809,P=0.005)、人际关系敏感(t=8.066,P<0.001)、焦虑(t=6.449,P<0.001)、恐怖(t=6.991,P<0.001)和精神病性(t=9.201,P<0.001)得分及总均分均高于全国常模总体水平,且差异均有统计学意义。不同性别(t=4.047,P=0.019)、文化程度(F=3.070,P=0.028)、年龄(F=2.662,P<0.001)居民SCL-90总均分差异均有统计学意义。结论疫情时期居家防护居民心理健康状况水平总体偏低,恐怖、焦虑居民较多,需进一步完善心理危机干预,注重心身健康。

OBJECTIVE At the end of 2019,corone virus disease 2019(COVID-19)is spreading rapidly in China.Active personal protection can effectively inhibit the spread of the virus in the community.This study explores the mental health status of the residents who are home-based protection during the period of the corona virus disease COVID-19 epidemic,and provides an effective reference for the mental health work of the residents.METHODS The self-report inventory(SCL-90)was used to investigate the mental health of 278 residents in Henan Province from February 3 to 10,2020.RESULTS The self-assessment scale for home protection residents during the period of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic was(1.50±0.29)points,higher than the national norm with(1.44±0.43)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.026,P=0.003),which belonged to mild mental health damage.Somatization(t=2.809,P=0.005),interpersonal relationship(t=8.066,P<0.001),anxiety(t=6.449,P<0.001),terror(t=6.991,P<0.001)and psychotic score(t=9.201,P<0.001)were higher than the overall level of the national norm,and the differences were statistically significant.Differences in total average scores of SCL-90 among residents of different genders(t=4.047,P=0.019),education level(F=3.070,P=0.028),age(F=2.662,P<0.001)were statistically significant.CONCLUSION During epidemic of COVID-19 infection residents psychological health level is generally low,especially horror and anxiety.
