精神分裂症患者医疗保险类型与社区卫生服务需求相关性分析

Analysis on the correlation between the types of medical insurance and the demand of community health service for patients with schizophrenia

目的调查恢复期精神分裂症患者医疗保险类型与社区卫生服务需求的基本状况,探讨医疗保险类型与社区卫生服务需求两者之间相关性。方法采用自行设计问卷对金牛区营门口社区医院及其附近的多家社区医院内248例恢复期精神分裂症患者进行问卷调查,调查内容包括患者的人口学基本信息、医疗保险类型、社区服务需求现状及社区服务获取方式等相关内容。结果共发出调查问卷248份,回收有效问卷243份,问卷回收率97.98%。公费医疗者对疾病的预后与康复知识需求(χ2=13.995,P=0.016)、个人饮食照护需求(χ2=32.397,P<0.001)、个人卫生照料需求(χ2=29.116,P<0.001)、能出行和乘用公共车辆需求(χ2=23.927,P<0.001)、训练日常生活技能需求(χ2=33.805,P<0.001)、家庭照料需求(χ2=13.769,P=0.017)及与家属如何相处需求(χ2=13.748,P=0.017)均较高。患者对互联网的需求差异有统计学意义,χ2=12.799,P=0.025;其中自费者对互联网的需求要求最高,占60.00%。结论精神分裂症患者医疗保险类型会影响其社区卫生服务需求,两者之间存在相关性。

OBJECTIVE This paper aims to investigate the basic situation of medical insurance type and community health service demand of convalescent schizophrenia patients,and to explore the correlation between medical insurance type and community health service demand.METHODS A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 248 patients with convalescent schizophrenia in Yingmenkou Community Hospital of Jinniu District and several nearby community hospitals,including the basic demographic information of the patients,the types of medical insurance,the current situation of community service demands and so on.RESULTS A total of 248 questionnaires were sent out,and 243 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the questionnaire recovery rate was 97.98%.The need for public health care providers for disease prognosis and rehabilitation knowledge(χ2=13.995,P=0.016),personal dietary care needs(χ2=32.397,P<0.001),and personal hygiene care needs(χ2=29.116,P<0.001),the need to travel and passenger public vehicles(χ2=23.927,P<0.001),the need to train daily life skills(χ2=33.805,P<0.001),and the need for family care(χ2=13.769,P=0.017),the demand for how to get along with the family(χ2=13.748,P=0.017)were higher.The demand of people at their own expense for the internet(χ2=12.799,P=0.025)was the highest.CONCLUSION The type of medical insurance for people with schizophrenia affects the needs of their community health services,and there is a correlation between the two.
