集中统排模式在静脉用药调配中心应用效果分析 被引量:2

Effectiveness analysis of centralized dispensing mole in PIVAS

摘要 目的鉴于静脉用药快速且高效,受到越来越多患者的青睐,许多大中小医院相继成立了静脉用药调配中心,随之涌现出各种各样的调配模式。本研究探讨两种调配模式"小组集中统排"和"传统单科排药"在提高静配中心工作效率方面的应用效果,以便寻找出适合本院院情的排药模式。方法采用回顾性分析法,选取南阳市第一人民医院静配中心2018年第一季度(2018-01-01—2018-03-31)实际接收调配的数据资料作为对照组,采用传统单科排药;2019年第一季度(2019-01-01—2019-03-31)作为观察组,采用小组集中统排。分别从平均拿药、排药、配置时间以及加药针管使用量和工作差错数进行对比分析。结果观察组平均拿药时间为(1.4±0.16)h,低于对照组的(1.9±0.2)h,t=4.18,P=0.013;观察组平均配置时间为(3.5±0.22)h,低于对照组的(4.3±0.25)h,t=9.83,P=0.027;观察组加药针管使用量为(282±12)支,低于对照组的(401±15)支,t=7.92,P=0.008。观察组平均排药时间(1.5±0.25)h,与对照组的(1.6±0.21)h比较差异无统计学意义,t=2.56,P=0.26。观察组工作差错数为(0.49±0.02)次,与对照组的(0.51±0.01)次比较差异无统计学意义,t=0.83,P=0.110。结论集中统排模式可以明显缩短拿药和配置时间,减少配置耗材使用量,降低工作强度,提高配置效率。 OBJECTIVE In view of rapid and efficient intravenous medication,which is favored by more and more patients,many large,medium and small hospitals have set up intravenous medication deployment centers,and various deployment modes have emerged.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the effects of the two different dispensing moles between Centralized Dispensing Mole in group and Traditional Dispensing Mole in department in the aspect of improving work efficiency in Pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)to find out a suitable pattern of drug discharge in our hospital.METHODS A retrospective statistical analysis was conducted.Related data about drug dispensing within92 days in the first quarter of 2018(from January 1,2018 to March 31,2018)of our hospital selected from PIVAS was as the control group,related data in the first quarter of 2019(from January 1,2018 to March 31,2019)was as the experimental group.The former carried out traditional dispensing mole,the later carried out centralized dispensing mole.Two dispensing moles were compared with regard to average taking-medicine time,average dispensing time,average preparation time,the total number of needles used for adding medicine,the amount of working errors.etc.RESULTS The average holding time of the observation group was(1.4±0.16)h,lower than that of the control group(1.9±0.2)h,t=4.18,P=0.013;the average configuration time of the observation group was(3.5±0.22)h,lower than that of the control group(4.3±0.25)h,t=9.83,P=0.027;the dosage of the injection tube of the observation group was(282±12),lower than that of the control group(401±15),t=7.92,P=0.008.There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(1.6±0.21)h,t=2.56,P=0.260;the number of errors in the observation group was(0.49±0.02),and there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(0.51±0.01),t=0.83,P=0.110.CONCLUSIONS Compared to traditional dispensing mole in department,centralized dispensing mole in group can shorten the taking-medicine time and preparation time and reduce the number of consumables,therefore depress working strength and improve work efficiency.The workflow is worth generalizing.
