针刺干预慢性非特异性腰痛效果观察

Clinical observation of acupuncture intervention on chronic nonspecific low back pain

目的慢性非特异性腰痛是社区常见疾病,药物治疗有一定的不良反应,传统针刺治疗具有简、便、验、廉的优势。本研究观察针刺干预慢性非特异性腰痛临床疗效。方法选择2019-07-01-2019-08-20北新泾街道社区卫生服务中心门诊收集的60例慢性非特异性腰痛患者为研究对象,根据基本特征组间均衡可比的原则分为观察组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用电针治疗,隔日1次;对照组口服双氯芬酸钠双释肠溶胶囊,75mg/次,1次/d。观察两组临床疗效,并对总有效率、腰部疼痛视觉模拟量表评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese orthopaedic associgtion scores,JOA)评分和功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI)评分进行比较。结果观察组总有效率为83.33%,对照组为80.00%,两组差异无统计学意义,χ~2=0.111,P=0.739。治疗后,观察组VAS评分为(2.07±0.78)分,低于对照组的(2.57±1.04)分,差异有统计学意义,t=2.107,P=0.040;观察组JOA评分为(23.07±1.28)分,高于对照组的(22.17±1.23)分,差异有统计学意义,t=2.78,P=0.007;观察组ODI评分为(11.67±2.66)分,低于对照组的(20.67±2.11)分,差异有统计学意义,t=14.519,P<0.001。结论电针治疗慢性非特异性腰痛,可明显改善患者腰部功能障碍,降低患者疼痛程度。

OBJECTIVE Chronic non-specific low back pain is a common disease in the community.There are certain adverse reactions to drug treatment.Traditional acupuncture has the advantages of simplicity,convenience,testing and cheapness.This study was to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on chronic non-specific low back pain.METHODS A total of 60 patients with chronic non-specific low back pain collected from the outpatient clinic of Beixin’ao Street Community Health Service Center from July 01,2019 to August 20,2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of balanced and comparable between the basic characteristics of the groups 30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture once every other day;the control group received diclofenac sodium double-release enteric-coated capsules,75 mg once daily.Observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups,and evaluate the total effective rate,visual analogue scale(VAS)of lumbar pain,Japanese orthopaedic associgtion scores(JOA)score and oswestry disability index(ODI)score.RESULTS The total effective rate was 83.33%in the observation group,and 80.00%in the control group.there was no significant difference between the two groups,χ~2=0.111,P=0.739.After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was(2.07±0.78)points,which was lower than that of the control group(2.57±1.04)points,the difference was statistically significant,t=2.107,P=0.040;the JOA score of the observation group was(23.07±1.28),which was higher than the control group(22.17±1.23)points,the difference was statistically significant,t=2.78,P=0.007;the ODI score of the observation group was(11.67±2.66)points,which was lower than that of the control group(20.67±2.11),the difference is statistically significant,t=14.519,P<0.001.CONCLUSION Electroacupuncture for chronic non-specific low back pain can obviously improve the waist dysfunction and reduce the pain of patients.
