手法推拿联合小针刀对膝骨性关节炎患者疼痛程度及关节功能影响

Effect of manipulation combined with small needle knife on pain degree and joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的膝骨性关节炎是常见慢性骨关节疾病,会导致患者关节僵硬、活动受限,需要及早治疗。本研究分析手法推拿联合小针刀对膝骨性关节炎患者疼痛程度及关节功能的影响。方法选取2018-01-10-2018-12-15郑州市颈肩腰腿痛医院接收的膝骨性关节炎患者100例,分为研究组与对照组,各50例。对照组患者采取小针刀治疗,研究组患者采取手法推拿联合小针刀治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、疼痛程度和关节功能优良率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,χ~2=5.316,P=0.021;治疗后1个月视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)为(3.24±0.61)分,低于对照组的(5.78±0.65)分,t=20.149,P<0.001;治疗后3个月VAS评分为(2.28±0.75)分,低于对照组的(3.81±0.78)分,t=9.998,P<0.001。研究组关节功能优良率为92.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,χ~2=4.762,P=0.029。结论手法推拿联合小针刀对膝骨性关节炎患者的疗效较好,可以减轻患者疼痛感,改善关节功能,促进患者康复。

OBJECTIVE Knee osteoarthritis is a common chronic osteoarthritis,which can cause stiffness and limited movement of the knee joints.It needs early treatment.This study analyzes the effect of manipulation combined with small needle knife on pain degree and joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis.METHODS Totally 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis received in Zhengzhou Neck-shoulder-waist-leg Pain Hospital from January 10 to December 15,2018 were divided into study group and control group,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with small needle knife,while those in the study group were treated with manipulation combined with small needle knife.The therapeutic effect,pain degree and excellent rate of joint function were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The total effective rate of the study group was 94.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(78.00%),χ2=5.316,P=0.021.After1 month treatmentthe,visual analogue score(VAS)was(3.24±0.61),which was lower than that of the control group(5.78±0.65),t=20.149,P<0.001.The VAS score was(2.28±0.75)points3 months after treatment,which was lower than that of the control group(3.81±0.78),t=9.998.P<0.001.The excellent and good joint function rate of the study group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(76.00%),χ2=4.762,P=0.029.CONCLUSION The combination of manipulation and small needle knife was effective for patients with knee osteoarthritis,which can alleviate pain,improve joint function and promote rehabilitation.
