中国糖尿病防治相关指南基层推广现状分析

Current status of popularization and application of relevant guidelines for diabetes prevention and treatment in China at grass-roots level

中国是糖尿病人口第一大国,糖尿病及其并发症发展迅速,而糖尿病的相关指南是防治糖尿病发展的重要环节,因此本研究对近几年糖尿病相关指南的知晓率、推广方式、效果及不足之处进行综述,为指南进一步在基层中的推广提供依据。应用中国知网、万方及PubMed等中英文数据库,以"糖尿病、指南推广、基层、质量评价"等为关键词,检索1981-2018年的相关文献,共检索到113528篇。纳入标准:与糖尿病防治指南推广相关的文献;与通讯互联网技术有关的文献;与糖尿病指南在基层推广有关的文献。根据纳入标准,最终分析33篇高度相关的文献,其中英文文献4篇,中文文献29篇。糖尿病指南在基层应用不广泛,基层医务人员对指南的认识不足,知晓率相对较低。应加强基层人员对糖尿病指南的学习,改变指南传统的推广方式,运用互联网等新的传媒技术,提高指南的推广率。

This study summarizes the awareness rate,promotion methods,effects,and deficiencies of diabetes-related guidelines in recent years,and provides a basis for further promotion of the guidelines in the grassroots.The Chinese and English databases,such as China Knowledge Network,Wanfang and PubMed,were used to search for related literatures from 1981 to 2018 with the keywords"diabetes,guideline promotion,grassroots,quality evaluation",and a total of 113,528 articles were retrieved.Inclusion criteria were literature related to the promotion of diabetes prevention guidelines,literature related to communication internet technology and literature related to the promotion of diabetes guidelines at the grassroots level.According to the inclusion criteria,33 papers were finally analyzed,including 4 in English and 29 in Chinese.The promotion of diabetes guidelines at the grassroots level is not extensive,and grassroots medical staff have insufficient understanding of the guidelines and the awareness rate is relatively low.Grassroots personnel should be strengthened to learn about diabetes guidelines,change the traditional promotion methods of guides,and use new media technologies such as the internet to improve the promotion rate of guides.
