摘要
诚信不是自在的,而是培育的,是随着社会背景的改变、文化价值的变迁而不断消长的。本研究从时间、空间和对象维度出发,提出个体毕生发展诚信品质养成机制三维模型,并阐述了其运转模式。该模型囊括了个体早期家庭场域的依恋类型和父母教养方式、学龄期学校场域的同伴关系和教师角色,以及成年期社会场域的心理契约和领导者角色,各阶段、各场域、各因素间环环相扣,共同促进了个体诚信品质的动态养成。
Integrity is not innate,but cultivated,and it fluctuates with changes in social context and cultural values.This study proposes a mechanism for the life-long development of integrity from the dimensions of time(the“eightstage”theory),space(family,school,and society),and object(individual).In this model,the attachment style and parental upbringing in the early family environment,peer relationships and teacher influence in the school environment during the school age period,and psychological contracts and leadership in the adult social environment during each stage,are all included as key factors affecting the development of integrity.The aim is to construct a three-dimensional model of the lifelong development of integrity with ecological validity and feasibility,and to propose suggestions for its operation mode.
