老年衰弱影响自我价值感:社会资本调节的中介模型

The Effects of Frailty on Self-Worth of the Elderly:The Moderating Role of Social Capital in a Mediation Model

本研究目的是探究老年衰弱对自我价值感的影响关系中,孤独感、抑郁的中介作用以及社会资本的调节作用。采用老年人自我价值感问卷、Tilburg衰弱量表中文版、孤独感量表、简版老年抑郁量表、社区社会资本量表对209名老年人进行了测量。结果显示:老年人自我价值感为中等水平,衰弱检出率为40.2%;自我价值感与衰弱及其三个维度、孤独感和抑郁呈显著负相关,与社会资本呈显著正相关;衰弱与孤独感和抑郁呈显著正相关,与社会资本呈显著负相关;孤独感和抑郁在衰弱影响自我价值感的机制中起部分中介作用;社会资本在衰弱影响自我价值感的直接路径和抑郁影响自我价值感的中介路径中起调节作用。本研究为提升老年人自我价值感提供了参考依据。

This study aimed to explore the mediating role of loneliness and depression and the moderating role of social capital in the relationship between frailty and self-worth of the elderly.The 209 community-dwelling older adults aged 65 and over were investigated by the elderly self-worth questionnaire,the Chinese version of Tilburg frailty indicator(TFI),the university loneliness scale(ULS-8),the geriatric depression scale(GDS-15)and the community-level health related social capital scale.The results showed that:(1)The self-worth of the elderly was at the medium level,and the detection rate of frailty was 40.2%.(2)Self-worth was negatively correlated with frailty,loneliness and depression,and positively correlated with social capital;Frailty was positively correlated with loneliness and depression,and negatively correlated with social capital.(3)Loneliness and depression played a partial mediating role in frailty affecting self-worth.(4)Social capital played a moderating role in the path of frailty affecting self-worth and in the path of depression affecting self-worth.This study provides a reference basis for improving the self-worth of older adults in the future.
