主题分析法及其在中国社区心理学研究中的应用

Thematic Analysis and Its Application in Community Psychology Research

中国特色社区心理学融合了复杂的社会文化背景,在对社区心理的理解从地域性逐渐转向功能性,更加强调社区心理学的生态性与实践导向的趋势下,向主流的量化研究方法提出了挑战。单一的方法结构令许多新时代社区心理议题难以展开。主题分析法以灵活性为核心的特点,对复杂的社区心理现象研究具有高度适应性,契合了中国特色社区心理学研究的需求,为研究社区心理现象提供了新的路径和视角。本文以黄希庭等社区工作访谈为例,阐述了识别、分析和阐释主题的核心做法,并讨论了该方法在社区心理学研究中的应用。

Chinese community psychology integrates the complex social and cultural background.Under the trend of gradually shifting the understanding of community psychology from regional to functional,and placing more emphasis on the ecological and practice-orientated aspects of community psychology,challenges are posed to the mainstream quantitative research methods.The single-methodological structure makes it difficult to carry out many community psychological issues in the new era.The flexibility-focused characteristics of the thematic analysis,which is highly adaptable to the study of complex community psychological phenomena,fits the needs of Chinese community psychology research and provides a new path and perspective for the research of community psychological phenomena.This paper takes as an example the community work interviews conducted for Huang Xiting et al.and illustrates the core method of identifying,analyzing and interpreting themes,and discusses the application of this method in community psychology research.
