陆军某部队官兵情绪智力、心理资本与心理和谐的关系

Relationship among Emotional Intelligence,Psychological Capital and Mental Harmony in Soldiers

为评估部队官兵心理健康情况,探究官兵情绪智力、心理资本与心理和谐的关系,本研究基于军人心理健康"三维三阶"模型及自我决定理论,采用情绪智力量表、心理资本问卷和心理和谐量表对西南地区陆军某部队的395名官兵进行测量。结果发现,心理和谐与情绪智力、心理资本均呈显著正相关,情绪智力与心理资本呈显著正相关。回归结果显示,情绪智力、心理资本能显著预测部队官兵的心理和谐水平,可解释心理和谐30.3%的方差变异。心理资本在情绪智力和心理和谐之间有部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为72.64%。因此,情绪智力能通过心理资本影响心理和谐水平,高情绪智力者能较好地调配自身心理资本,进而达到更高的心理和谐水平。

To evaluate the mental health of soldiers and explore the relationship among emotional intelligence,psychological capital and mental harmony in soldiers,this study was based on the“3-dimensional 3-rank model”and selfdetermination theory.A total of 395 soldiers were assessed with the Wong-Law Emotional Intelligence Scale,Mental Harmony Scale for the Ethnic Adults and Psychological Capital Questionnaire.The MHS-EA scores were positively correlated with scores of emotional intelligence and psychological capital.The results showed that the scores of emotional intelligence were positively correlated with scores of psychological capital.Furthermore,linear regression analysis indicated that WLEIS and PCQ scores positively predicted the MHS-EA scores and explained 30.3%variance variation of psychological harmony.PCQ scores played a mediating role in WLEIS and MHS-EA scores.Therefore,people with higher emotional intelligence can better allocate their own psychological capital to achieve a higher level of mental harmony.
